Rebates
We are a private, direct billing clinic. We do not offer medicare billing at this stage.
The following rebates may be available:

For clients that are self-managed or use a plan manager, sessions can be billed under the following code:
- NDIS 15_043_0128_1_3 Individual Counselling
- $156.16
Payment Policy
Invoices are issued after each session and are payable within 7 days.
If an invoice remains unpaid beyond this period, future appointments may be paused until payment is received.
If you're experiencing financial hardship or have any concerns about payment, please don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to discuss alternative arrangements where possible.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes change. To help us manage bookings fairly and make space for all clients, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a walk-and-talk session, and at least 24 hours notice for telehealth sessions.
If you need to reschedule within those notice periods — or change a walk-and-talk session to a telehealth appointment — this can usually be arranged for a $50 late rescheduling fee. However, rescheduling is not available within three hours of your appointment time.
Rescheduling is free if done outside of the notice period.
